职责描述：
1.负责电磁制动产品及其控制/传感技术的设计开发及改进优化；
Responsible for the design, development, improvement and optimization of electromagnetic brake products and their control/sensing technology;
2.负责新技术研发，探索技术和设计创新；
Responsible for new technology research and development, exploration of technology and design innovation;
3.负责相关产品或技术项目的管理；
Responsible for the management of related products or technical projects;
4.负责或参与统筹产品技术项目的管理；
Responsible for or participate in the management of overall product technology projects;
5.制定产品技术规范及标准。
Formulate product technical specifications and standards.
任职资格：
1.本科或研究生学历，机电、自动化、电气、机械、电子或相关专业；
Bachelor or graduate degree, major in electromechanical, automation, electrical, mechanical, electronic or related majors;
2.3年以上的产品设计/技术管理工作经验；
More than 3 years working experience in product design/technical management;
3.熟练使用机械或电子设计及分析软件，熟悉机械或电子相关设计规范；
Proficient in the use of mechanical or electronic design and analysis software, familiar with mechanical or electronic related design specifications;
4.具备优秀的技术敏感性，积极了解新技术和新业态；
Have excellent technical sensitivity, actively understand new technologies and new formats;
5.具备优秀的动手能力及创新意识；
Excellent hands-on ability and sense of innovation;
6.具备一定的电子/电气基??；
Have a certain electronic/electrical foundation;
7.具备一定的编程能力；
Have certain programming ability;
8.具备良好的沟通协作意识（有团队或项目管理经验者优先）；
Have a good sense of communication and collaboration (team or project management experience is preferred);
9.具备一定的英语表达及理解能力；
Have certain English expression and comprehension skills;
10.熟悉电磁或永磁类产品（如电磁铁、电磁阀、电感、电机、发电机、电磁刹车、电磁离合等）者优先。
Familiar with electromagnetic or permanent magnet products (such as solenoids, solenoid valves, inductors, motors, generators, electromagnetic brakes, electromagnetic clutches, etc.) are preferred.
